"UPDATE 3: (see photo of fixture) Not only did they chip my tub, but I found out today why I was having overflow into my floor below with a bath. When they removed and replaced the tub plug, they allegedly cracked the fixture in multiple areas. So hundreds of dollars later… this is finally fixed and replaced, and I will need to replace the drain stopper (plug) since it slowly flow. Just be cautious, that is all. Just want to provide an honest experience. UPDATE 2: I have to be honest, when it came to simple issues like clearing my drain or swapping out a tub plug - he performed. But on both occasions my major issue on tub overflow was never corrected and I mentioned it each time and asked him to test both times, and I trusted that he did. But I am still having my tub overflow into the room below, the overflow cover and piping are not working correctly - this is after having him cut into my wall and install a panel SPECIFICALLY to correct this issue. I will have to move onto another plumber. I hate to write this, but I have honestly provided multiple opportunities for this to be fixed - my toddler cannot take a normal bath, the mold in the ceiling and damage to the *rugs below, I cannot ignore. I had an easy issue apparently, but going with multiple other plumbers over the past two years never fixed the issue because well… they weren’t Donzelle I guess. If he had stopped by back then - the resulting damage to my main floor ceilings would never had happened. Thank you Donzelle for your skill, kindness, professionalism!
